Class Description # Vinyasa Yoga# | Let me guide you through a session where you will start in silence to get in tune with the breath. As we set an intention you clarify the mind to be fully present in the practice. Followed by a progressive warm up escalating into a rhythmic flow of poses. In crescendo. The flow of exercises help to strengthen and lengthen our body. The breathing techniques you learn in class play an important role in the flow of energy in the room. Each class focuses on different objectives for different body parts and chakras. And to finalize each session relaxation comes in Savasana where you allow the body to lay down on the mat to let go any tension finally letting go of the breath control.

The Heart Behind Radiant Living # About Ilenia# | I guide my community navigating full and real lives, toward a deeper sense of peace and strength, both physically and emotionally. My mission is to share light, inspire growth, and support others in living with intention one breath, one story, one step at a time. Radiant Living was born from my desire to share the transformation yoga sparked in my life. As someone with an international background, a busy family life, and a career outside the wellness space, I know what it’s like to feel pulled in many directions. Yoga became a tool for me to reconnect, feel grounded again, and find balance, not just emotionally but physically. Inspired by the strength I observed in other practicioners especially women aging with grace and resilience. I realized how yoga could be a powerful lifelong companion for building strength, well-being, and slowing the everyday and aging process.

The practice I guide is Vinyasa Yoga, which coordinates conscious breathing with conscious movement.
With full awareness, we guide our bodies through a harmonious flow of exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen our bodies. The rewards are abundant and obvious as we finish each class feeling balanced and at peace.
My ongoing Yoga journey:
2013: Completed my 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Mukta Yoga, Mexico City and Nama Shivaya School in Dallas, Texas (approved by International Yoga Alliance)
2014: Deepened my practice in northern India and completed several courses throughout Europe
2018: Completed Yoga for Kids and Families Teacher Training by Rainbow Kids Yoga in London, England
2025: continuing education Yoga 30 hour course in Cadiz, Spain.

I offer mats and props at the studio. However I recommend to bring your own material according to your needs. Example: mat, blocks, strap, bolster, etc. If you need more info please ask me personally.

Not at all! You can listen to the podcast even if you don´t practice Yoga. The content varies from a broad range of topics.
